Our Founder

Born in El Paso, Texas on January 9, 1950, Onnie Kirk was blessed to grow up in a strong Christian family. His father pastors Unity Missionary Baptist Church. All five of the Kirk children received their commissions in the ministry. He comes from a legacy of five generations of gospel preachers. He is currently an elder of Abundant Love Fellowship in Nashville, Tennessee.

Onnie graduated from Texas Tech University. After recieving his undergraduate degree, he was employed by Southwestern Publishing Company where he was the first minority to advance to upper level management. In 1979, he coordinated the publishing of "Contemporary Black American." In 1977, he married Margienell Elizabeth See. They have been married 30 years and have eight children.

He serves on the board of World Ishmaelite Outreach Ministry. WIOM ministers to non-believers in the 10/40 window bringing them out of the deceptive clutches of Islam. He also serves on the  Advisory Board for Bridges Academy in Nashville, TN. Bridges Academy is a private inner-city school for adolescent boys.

Onnie has ministered throughout the United States and internationally. His passion is evangelism, "He who wins souls is wise." He has published a booklet entitled the "Hamitic Call." His most recent book is "Once We Were Family."
